So, my computer won't let me move my pictures around, and it is driving me crazzzyyy! It won't let me drag or click and paste. All I can do is move a picture to the bottom of the screen. It won't even let me move my text. So I am just going to put the pictures on here and they will all probably be random and out of order and OH WELL!!! I don't care anymore. I am "simplifying" my life by not caring. :) I have also simpified my life by deciding not to do yardwork anymore. When does simplifying become lowering your standards? I am also considering simplifying by not wearing makeup or exercising anymore. What do you think? Thus far, I am well on my way towards full impementation of my new program. Anyway, here goes. Here are about 5 million pictures. Yeah!
How Lainey greeted me after her "nap"
Playing at the park, which we have been doing a lot of lately.
Okay, so Haley and I tried to take some dance pictures, but we only had like 40 minutes and didn't know where to go or what to do. I feel really self-conscious about putting these on here, especially since I'm not really doing anything cool or dancy. But, I did appreciate Haley's time and we got a few cute ones. It would be fun to do some in a studio with my poofy red costume. But, since that may never happen, here are a couple out of the like 100 we took.
This is a cool place to get pictures, but none of them turned out very well.

A cool mirror I got at a garge sale for $5. I want to put it in Lainey's room with dainty little plates around the sides. Too bad I didn't clean the fingerprints off before I took the picture.

Tristan riding his bike, which got run over this morning by Danny. I think I might be able to save with a new wheel.

Alex on his new, big bike that he rode to Grandpa's house with. The new, big bike that is now in time-out.

Alaina and Tristan with their new obsession. "MY BABY KITTY!!" is Alaina's favorite phrase.
Elephant, hiding under the blanket.

Francine, who was very happy and purring in this spot, even though she doesn't look like it.
These are kind of backwards. But this is Alaina asleep on my lap- DURING THE FIREWORKS!!! She was verry tired.

Different people at the fireworks. We had ham and cheese and tuna sandwiches and caramel corn and grapes and drinks. Yummmm.....

Danny at the barbeque. I forgot to take any more pictures, which is too bad, because we had a lot of really good food and lots of people. We had hot dogs, hamburgers, steaks, watermelon, coleslaw, potato salad, green salad, fruit salad, asiago bread, oreos, cookies, chips, and I know I am not remembering everything, but it was really good.
More "obsession"pictures

This is how Lainey sits sometimes when we eat dinner. Sometimes she rests her head on the arch of her foot. Silly girl.
Other than all this, we have been playing, reading, cleaning (not enough) and busy with callings and work and things. We love summer, but it is really busy. Tomorrow I am going to Girl's Camp at Darby and I am really excited! But I am sad to be gone for so long. We will be back Friday afternoon, which isn't too long. But I think that is the longest I have been gone from Danny since we had kids. I hope they all survive!!
Well, that's all for now. Wish me good luck at camp at hopefully I will come back with lots of pictures and good stories!!

You look so pretty in your 'ballerina' pictures! Thanks for posting them.
You've already told me about Alex riding his bike all that way - that is so scary!! Clearly he was being watched over. Thank Heaven, literally.
I am stealing most of your pictures. :) I'll keep them in my picture folder.
We're going to miss you while you're at camp, and I know your family will. I won't be able to call and jabber if I want to. Still, have fun, okay? And YOU be careful, yourself.
We love you!
Forgot to say, my blog does the same exact thing, so that I can never put pictures in the order I want, with captions. Or move text around. I've learned to remember that when I load pics onto my blog.
Very frustrating!
So much to say....
Okay, first off, that is SO SCARY about Alex riding his bike to the Campbells! Especially since he just barely learned to ride without training wheels. Ahhhh! I'm glad it happened to you and not me 'cause I probably would have passed out or had a heart attack, or both.
I LOVE the dance pictures! Seriously though, when you come visit you need to bring your dance stuff. I already know a few places that would be amazing for pictures. I like the outfit, and your hair looks so pretty, and I wish I was your tiny size! Now I will go eat a cookie and feel sorry for myself.
Ummm. What else... Oh, Lainey already looks so much older! I love the pictures of her and Tristan holding their baby kitties. Anya would LOVE those babies, and the rest of us would too. I need a baby kitty! Can you mail us one? If so, send Elephant. We all love fat kittens.
I am sad you will be at girls camp all week. What will I do without you being just a phone call away? What if I NEED you?!
Okay, well have lots of fun hiking and singing and being young again. Call when you get back, if things settle down. And tell Danny to keep the bike in time out while you are gone!
P.S.
LOVE the mirror! I saw a white oval one like that at Ross a few years ago and wanted to get it for Audrey's room. But I didn't and ever since then I look out for it, just in case it's there again. Good garage sale find!
JEALOUS that you get to go to Girl's Camp! I was seriously just thinking about that the other day and how much I miss Darby and our crazy adventures! here's what's weird to make me miss it: Watching Dr.Quinn! for some reason seeing her living out in the mountains made me want to too! Except I would like to have bathrooms like Darby!
I'm glad that you posted some of your dance pictures finally! I know Megan will do a WAY better job at the photography part, but even with my poor skills you still look really good and pretty in them! Dallin even said they I did a good job, and he was surprised that people's ballet skirts are that short (haha, obviously he's never seen other ballet skirts. I told him that I thought it was wayyyy more decent than the recital costumes!). I loved all the pictures of the kitties and I'm reallyso happy that the kids love the kitties and that the kitties are growing and getting fatter. I love fat kitties too. Have fun at girls' camp! By the time you get back I might have a baby! Weird...
I think Alaina might have a future with the circus, the contortion act! What a proud parent you must be! Your dance pictures are beautiful, your figure is amazing. I want your ballerina body without all the work! Right now I working on a basketball body!
I loved your response to Alex's adventure, I hear Scarlett O'Hara ringing in my ears, "I'll think about it tomorrow!" Sometimes that is the best way to deal with tough stuff. That is amazing he made it all the way to 3rd Street... as scary as the whole thing is, the one silver lining is that your kids are extremely capable. And, for a little boy who we sometimes wonder if he is paying attention... clearly pays attention when he wants to.
Have fun a girls' camp. I have very wonderful memories of Darby! Have a great hike!
