So, Danny has very kindly downloaded a bunch of my pictures to my blog, so all I should have to do is get on and write! So, there will be some posts on here, but they are all randomness and won't make much chronological order. But who cares?!
Here is just a teeny look at what we did the first part of this summer. Of course, this is minus a million trips to the library, parks and other places!
This is .....um... well, the kids call him Mr. A. Oh, Aaron is his name! He helped in the Stepping Stones class the first half of every day, (I think he is a retired teacher) until this year when he retired altogether. :( We will miss him! He has brought his horses to the school for the kids to see and invited any of the kids from Stepping Stones out to his house if they wanted to ride the horses. We took him up on his offer!!
Aren't they all so cute?!
We went to Kattie's a few times for dinner, tree house christening, playing, etc, but one of our favorite things was seeing her kitties! Oh, and her chickens and watching Alex run from them. Now she has a new litter of kitties. In fact, I think she might have had a litter in between, as well. Her kitty is quite friendly, apparently.
Our kids spent a lot of the summer in swimming suits! Which Emme calls "swimming soups."
And then we jump to Meggie's visit!! I don't have all the pictures from that on here yet, but here are some. A lot of them are blurry. Looking at them, it seems crazy that they were actually here. Like the crossing of two parallel universes. Our universes should cross more often.
Here we are at the zoo, which is probably obvious.
At the windmills, where it was, can you believe it, really windy! We decided to take our lunches to the park to eat!
I should just steal pictures from Megan's blog instead of using my own horrible ones. By the way, Emme is sitting next to me naked right now and saying, "Can I just pwetend I have undahweaw?" And Irelyn is randomly reaching across to type on the keyboard. In case you wanted to know. :)
Our kids were all spoiled and had their little lunches with their names on it. Emme seems more excited looking at the pictures of it now, than she did when it happened! She even remembers what was in the lunches!
Anya's birthday party! It was so fun to have it at our house and she was so little and cute. It would be fun to give her things all the time, she was so excited about everything!
Danny introduced Aiden to the joys of audio books. All the fun, none of the work. He really liked it, but I still think one of my main memories is of him out on our deck swing reading a book. I need that to rub off on my kids.
Oops, here's the rest of Anya's birthday, out of order, but I'm too lazy to move it!
Here, Megan always says that she has to make such funny faces when she is taking pictures that someone should take a picture of her. So I did! She is right, she does make a lot of funny faces. I didn't get any of the best ones, darn it!
She got some great pictures of our family that I will put on here later. Thank you, Megan! If it wasn't for you, we would have no family pictures. Seriously.

At the splash park in Rexburg! I was so glad that Grandma came and helped with my kids! They had lots of fun and Megan got some great pictures of Alex at the bottom of the slide with his shark mask on, scaring the kids as they came down the slide. It was great!
Can you believe that Anya is twice as old as Emme in this picture? Oh, they are so squooshy and cute!!
Drying out in the sun.
And the great carousel ride! At the end, we had a scare when Alex left with the stroller with the baby in it and I couldn't find him for a minute. But other than that, all was great! We had sooo much fun with them here!!
That is all the pictures for this post, but keep encouraging me and I will get more on here right away! I have sooo many things I want to write about! Yeah for me that I got something posted. Woo-hoo!!!

No one cares if your pictures are in order. We are just glad when you post! I too find it hard to believe we were actually there. It all seems like a dream. Probably because we were always so tired while there. Remember when I fell asleep and Brooks watched the decorating show with you two? I don't think I ever did get caught up on that show!
How fun that that guy let you go ride horses! We need horse owner friends again. Now that the Maher's moved, there aren't any animals to visit unless we drive to Amish Country!
