I have been trying to write for so long, so while Emme is happy watching her mobile I am going to try to post this. So this will be really short. Ummm... Now I can't even think of anything that has been going on here. But, we are all doing well, other than seeming like someone is always sick. Emme isn't stuffy anymore and that is soo much nicer. She sleeps quite well at night, just wakes up about 4 times a night to eat. Remember when you feed them in bed and fall asleep and can't move becaue you are holding them? And then you put them in their bassinet and it feels sooo great to be able to roll over? Oh, how I love that feeling!
I keep having the oddest dreams, probably from getting broken up sleep. But I had a fun dream that I found two extra bedrooms in our house that I didn't know about, and that was really fun!
Danny and I are looking at cars. Again. We are trying to decide if we should be really frugal and buy some $500 car that runs (we only need it to get Danny to work, basically) or if we should spend a little more and get something that might actually last us a few years and be worth repairing, should we need to. Ahh, money. No matter how much you have, you think of all you could do with a little more!
So, here are way too many pictures of Emme! She smiles a lot now and is a very contented baby. The kids love her and Danny expends a lot of energy trying to keep them from touching and breathing all over her and getting her sick. I feel like it is a lost cause if you live in the same house and just bathe them in sanitizer every time they come near me. Emme likes to coo and talk a lot and sounds like she is laughing sometimes.
Do you see her big dimples?
Hey, look! I do have other kids!
I think babies are so cute when they yawn!
Looking very smug.
Do you see Alex's front tooth that was really loose and sore? So we tried to help him by pulling it out, but it wouldn't come. So we left it alone and now it is not loose at all, but sticks out at this funny angle. Kind of sad, but funny, too.
And last but not least, the only picture I got when Mammers stayed over after the book club on Wednesday! It was so fun for her to be here, especially to have a chance to just sit with the kids and enjoy them and hear all the funny things they say. Alaina told Grandma that she was cute and that she loved her shirt. They hugged her a whole bunch and made her watch Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs with them and read them books, which Grandma liked to change to words to and make them silly.
We loved having you over Grandma and hope you come again soon to stay!! And we want everyone else to come over and stay, too! Well, baby is starting to get bored, so I gotta go! But I will try to put Alex's singing on Meggie's blog, since it won't work on mine. So be on the lookout!

I love your post! But the picture with me in it was sure evocative of the feeling I was feeling - just slouching with the kids and being very sleepy!
I had so much fun, and getting to see Josh, too, was the icing on the cake. All the kids are so cute, and can't wait to see more pictures of Brooks and Megan's kids. Grandkids make me so happy!!! (And it was nice to see the grownups, too. ;)
You have glow worm! Emme is a total baby glow worm baby. She looks like Danny! And I wonder how much she will look like Alaina. It's fun to see siblings of the same gender grow up so we can compare them. Emme is all cute and happy and cuddly. And Lainey has such long and blond ponytails! I want to curl them around my finger! She looks really cute too.
Gwama needs to have a sleepover way over here too! We miss seeing her and having her play with the kids. I bet your kids were in heaven with her there OVER NIGHT! I'm glad she got to go to bookclub there, and that she got to stay!
I was so happy to see that you posted! Yippee! So Emme's smile and dimples are so adorable. And she looks very healthy and happy and loved by her siblings. I'm just dying to see her. One more week, one more week. I have to keep telling myself that.
Alex's tooth is hilarious! I told Dallin that, late at night when we were talking in bed, and we couldn't stop laughing for forever. Just imagining his huge crooked tooth is so funny to us. So at least he's making us happy, even if it is at his expense. :)
Your sleepover with Noodle sounds so fun! I'm terribly jealous. I have been missing my sisters and Noodle so much lately. I think it's because I met a lady in my ward who reminded me of you and Megan SO much, and it made me really miss you guys. I can't wait for the fourth of July when we can all be together again. Give Emme a big squishy kiss and hug from her aunt!
OH, I keep wanting to call you and tell you about my weird dreams about your family! I've been dreaming about you guys so much lately (and they're all horrible dreams, ha!). So my first dream was that we got a call and heard that Danny had died of some heart problem. And I kept worrying about you and the kids and I was about to drive the 30 hours to go visit you, then thankfully I woke up.
The second dream was that you were really mad at me because you thought I'd used your makeup, and I kept trying to tell you that I didn't but you and Danny didn't believe me. It was a terrible feeling, thinking that you were so made at me!
The third dream was that I was babysitting Emme, and she was so quiet and good that I forgot about her. And when I remembered her, I took her out of the car seat and her feet had frostbite on them and were all frozen in snow. Isn't that sad?! Whew, glad I got to finally tell you. I hope none of those things ever truly happen. It was horrible just dreaming about it!
